In your role as a Clinical Registered Practical Nurse, you will assist with sterile preparations for procedures and provide compassion-driven care to patients. This full time position requires travel to satellite clinics, contributing to diverse patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform sterile preparations for intravitreal injections
• Administer drops and topical anesthetics as needed
• Offer guidance and post-care instructions to patients
• Consult with Retina Specialists on patients' conditions
• Oversee medication stock counts and pharmacy coordination
Requirements:
• Valid RPN in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Must be willing to travel for work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Prior pharmacy or healthcare knowledge is beneficial
