Questrade is looking for a visionary Director of Unsecured Lending who can design and execute a roadmap for our lending products. This role combines technical expertise with strategic oversight, focusing on delivering efficient and compliant lending solutions. You will guide a skilled team while ensuring the products align with regulatory expectations and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and implement product lifecycle strategies for lending
• Ensure financial stability and commercial success of portfolios
• Collaborate with Risk for automated decision-making frameworks




• Maintain regulatory compliance across lending products
• Build and develop a solid team of Product Managers

Requirements:
• Over 8 years in product management, including 4+ in lending platforms
• Deep knowledge of Canadian credit protocols and regulations
• Proficient in credit decisioning and API development
• Background with specialized lending systems is preferred
• Experience interfacing with technical and product leaders
