As a key member of the team, you will implement lean strategies that improve operational performance and product delivery. Your responsibilities will include coaching staff on lean methodologies, facilitating troubleshooting techniques, and optimizing workflows. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll guide teams in achieving higher standards and waste reduction, driving both quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training on Lean tools to improve processes
• Lead processes for continuous improvement and waste reduction




• Collaborate with production teams to solve operational issues
• Monitor performance metrics and assess project ROI
• Develop and execute Lean transformation strategies

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing operations
• Solid understanding of Lean principles
• Proven experience in process improvement initiatives
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
