Candidates should have a high school diploma and 3-5 years of maintenance experience. A strong understanding of facility systems, effective repair strategies, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving are essential. Maintain communication with tenants, and diligently document repairs for effective reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to urgent maintenance requests
• Identify repairs needed and the right materials to use
• Perform general maintenance duties across various systems
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any hazards
• Maintain explicit communication with tenants and staff
Requirements:
• Equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
