You will oversee claims, negotiate resolutions, and provide guidance to external adjusters. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee external adjusters on outsourced claims efficiently
• Investigate and evaluate claims of varying complexity
• Manage claims with a focus on customer satisfaction




• Ensure accurate reserving aligned with protocols
• Participate actively in litigated claims and mediations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• CIP progress or equivalent certification
• 3-5 years of experience managing casualty claims
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
