You will engage with clients, conduct assessments, and provide essential outreach services aimed at increasing access to treatment and community resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized recovery plans in collaboration with clients
• Facilitate individual and group support sessions
• Advocate for client needs within the health care system




• Maintain transparent and accurate client records
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement efforts

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in clinical settings with similar populations
• Valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Current registration in a relevant professional organization
• Demonstrated ability in client-centered care and advocacy
