This clinician role emphasizes empowering clients affected by mental health and substance use disorders through coordinated support and care. You will engage with clients, conduct assessments, and provide essential outreach services aimed at increasing access to treatment and community resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized recovery plans in collaboration with clients
• Facilitate individual and group support sessions
• Advocate for client needs within the health care system
• Maintain transparent and accurate client records
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in clinical settings with similar populations
• Valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Current registration in a relevant professional organization
• Demonstrated ability in client-centered care and advocacy
