Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze group characteristics and funding arrangements
• Price renewals using claims and premium data
• Provide underwriting decisions through verbal and written communication
• Negotiate effectively using underwriting guidelines
• Offer value-added recommendations to optimize client spending
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or mathematics
• Experience in Group Perks
• Understanding of Group Insurance products
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Bilingualism is an asset for client support
