Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate deep canvass discussions door-to-door
• Gather and record data accurately after each shift
• Support coworkers through regular debriefing sessions
• Engage in training for leadership growth and anti-oppression
• Conduct phone banking to continue conversations initiated at the door
