In this full time leadership position, you will play a crucial role in guiding the integration of newly acquired clinics, focusing on achieving strategic objectives while maintaining high-quality care. Your extensive experience in M&A; will empower you to lead teams, manage budgets, and enhance operational performance. Frequent travel within Canada will be required to oversee clinic operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build key relationships with clinic sellers and stakeholders
• Lead operational integration for newly joined clinics




• Drive national financial and operational alignment
• Inspire the development of an inclusive clinic culture
• Own results through effective budget and KPI management

Requirements:
• Degree in Physiotherapy, Business, or a related field
• 7 to 10+ years in senior leadership roles specific to M&A;
• Strong experience in financial analysis and performance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to handle complex multi-site integration
