As a key member of the Assurance Innovation Lab, you will engage in hands-on development and prototyping of scalable AI solutions. Collaborate with AI Architects and data teams to implement responsible AI practices, focusing on integrations and workflows that revolutionize operational efficiency. Your contributions will not only advance business goals but also foster a culture centered on continuous improvement and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize machine learning models for operational efficiency
• Collaborate on intelligent solutions using advanced analytics and automation




• Analyze the performance and reliability of AI systems
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to drive successful initiatives
• Validate concepts and scale projects within the Assurance Lab

Requirements:
• Expertise in Python; proficiency in R or Java is a plus
• Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks and APIs
• Robust experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow libraries
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and advanced deployment practices
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data solutions
