WISH Drop-In Centre Society is seeking a Co-Chair to enhance our governance framework while supporting the vital work we do for sex workers. Taking a leadership role alongside the Executive Director, you will facilitate board meetings and collaborate on strategic planning. Your commitment helps us advance our mission of ensuring safety and dignity for marginalized communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee progress through the Board Calendar and Workplan
• Provide personalized support to Board members
• Draft agendas and review meeting documentation




• Co-lead Board meetings with a focus on strategic dialogue
• Guide the planning of the Annual General Meeting

Requirements:
• Background in governance, leadership, or not-for-profit sectors
• Lived experience as a sex worker or related advocacy
• Understanding of systemic injustices faced by sex workers
• Passion for intersectional feminism and community care
• Located in the Lower Mainland or familiar with the area
