In this role, you'll report to the Alert Management Manager and will be responsible for monitoring safety alerts and efficiently managing emergency situations. Your calm and composed demeanor will help guide clients through critical incidents and ensure satisfaction through proactive support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor safety through alert systems in real-time
• Handle emergency alerts professionally
• Respond to critical situations with composure
• Provide basic troubleshooting on alerts
• Monitor conditions for lone worker safety

Requirements:
• Certificate in Emergency Management or related field preferred
• At least 3 years in customer service experience
• Fluent in French and English required
• Certification in First Aid and CPR necessary
• Solid attention to detail when handling data
