Reporting to the Director of Digital Health, you'll leverage your clinical informatics expertise to analyze user needs and lead EHR implementation. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential for redesigning workflows and developing effective training for healthcare staff on electronic applications. Your efforts will drive better clinical outcomes while ensuring robust support for staff during transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define requirements and support EHR implementation and go-live
• Collaborate on clinical process workflow redesign




• Create and deliver training on EHR systems
• Advocate for technology use to enhance clinical processes
• Evaluate and monitor service standards for quality improvement

Requirements:
• Degree in clinical, health science, or health informatics
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• MEDITECH experience an asset
