Key Responsibilities:
• Implement standardized processes for quality and efficiency
• Develop and manage client relationship strategies
• Enhance operational performance through innovative technologies
• Lead financial oversight for distribution operations
• Support contract management and problem resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil or electrical)
• Minimum of 10 years in electrical distribution design
• Minimum of 10 years in team leadership
• Registration with EGBC preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
