Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and budgets
• Lead the service area's financial performance and capital planning
• Represent the company with governmental and community agencies




• Ensure secure operations and adherence to maintenance specifications
• Guide project management and resource allocation

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in operations; 5+ years in senior roles
• Proven ability in strategic management and business processes
• Understanding of road and bridge maintenance
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with continuous improvement principles
