Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and develop teams of Regional Directors
• Own the regional P&L; for performance and profitability
• Build strong relationships with executive clients
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation
• Support business mobilisations and bid presentations
Requirements:
• Valid SIA Licence essential
• Health & Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH is a plus)
• Full UK driving licence required
• Proven experience managing diverse teams
• Solid proficiency in Excel and IT tools
