This position based in Montreal, Laval, Quebec City, or Saint-Hyacinthe offers a Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule. You will manage customer claims, conduct interviews, and ensure timely processing of claims through precise policy analysis. Your commitment to customer service will reassure and support clients throughout their claims journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate phone calls to open new claims
• Interview insureds and witnesses for accurate accounts
• Assess policy details to confirm claim coverage
• Analyze findings to determine liability and damage assessment
• Process fair settlements and payments for claims

Requirements:
• Successfully completed claims adjuster exams
• Relevant experience in a similar claims role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual: fluency in English and French required
• Strong time-management abilities in rapid-paced settings
