We are hiring a full-time Treatment Coordinator who will thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Successful candidates will exhibit strong organizational skills and compassion in their interactions with patients, families, and team members. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take significant diagnostic images for orthodontic plans
• Facilitate treatment discussions with parents and patients
• Organize financial contracts and payment plans
• Answer patient questions and liaise with insurance
• Collaborate with Financial Coordinator to finalize deals

Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• Strong computer skills; previous software knowledge a plus
• Proven sales skills are preferred
• Ability to maintain organization in a busy practice
• Must be prepared to travel among multiple offices
