As a Concurrent Disorder Clinician at Vancouver Coastal Health, you will work within an interdisciplinary team to support adults facing concurrent mental health and substance use challenges. Your responsibilities will include providing screenings, individual therapy, and group sessions tailored to client needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments for clients' mental health and substance use
• Design and implement individual and group treatment plans
• Engage in individualized client therapy sessions
• Collaborate with community health providers
• Take part in ongoing team development and evaluations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in an appropriate field
• Minimum of three years’ relevant clinical experience
• BC Driver’s License as required
• Extensive knowledge of psychopharmacology and mental health
• Proficiency in communication and assessment methodologies
