Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for 250+ employees
• Manage employee record data changes and processes
• Handle timesheets, attendance, and pay discrepancies




• Prepare payroll journal entries and GL account reconciliations
• Assist in payroll budgeting and benefits program administration

Requirements:
• 2+ years of payroll experience required
• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
• Understand payroll compliance and legislation
