In this vital Area Manager role in Traffic Operations, you will coordinate and oversee the execution of traffic control services at The Universal Group, recognized as a leader in the industry. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The position will require flexibility, including attendance at client meetings and job sites to align operations with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise traffic control operations and field staff
• Work closely with management to optimize schedules




• Address client inquiries and resolve complaints
• Enforce safety regulations through staff education
• Participate in contractor consultations and meetings

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of management experience in construction
• Previous traffic control experience is advantageous
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
• Knowledge of traffic management safety regulations
• Valid WorkSafeBC Traffic Control Person ticket preferred
