Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related area
• 3-5 years of experience in Total Rewards or related fields
• Knowledge of compliance and governance in HR functions
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Certification in Compensation or Benefits management preferred
