Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure resident care assessments are current and detailed
• Administer medications as per regulatory requirements
• Provide education to residents and their families
• Supervise care delivery by Unregulated Care Providers
• Manage significant changes in resident health or emergencies

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in the Province/State of service
• Proficient in geriatrics and care coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office software
• Recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
