As a Youth Worker, you will play a key role in the daily management of the Drop-in Centre. Your skills will help address the needs of hard-to-serve youth while fostering positive relationships and connections. Through this role, you will implement programs that support youth in making better life choices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations at the Drop-in Centre
• Establish trust with and advocate for youth
• Provide immediate assistance with clothing and nutrition
• Lead sports, recreation, and cultural initiatives
• Work collaboratively with external agencies on youth issues

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• 1-2 years of experience working with youth
• Proficient in oral and written language
• Understanding of Indigenous cultures
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean record
