You'll prepare month-end transactions and conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations while maintaining the Fixed Asset Module. Your role also includes remitting taxes and interpreting the financial impact of foreign exchange. Collaborating with the Senior Financial Analyst will be vital for auditing processes and departmental financial investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter month-end transactions with precision
• Reconcile all bank and balance sheet accounts
• Maintain and manage Fixed Asset records
• Prepare filings for GST, HST, and tax compliance
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting essential
• CPA in progress preferred
• Solid financial analysis and reconciliation skills
• Experience with financial software like Onestream
