Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat seniors in long-term care settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Supervise the physiotherapy team to maximize care quality
• Conduct training sessions on safe resident handling
• Co-lead Falls Prevention and Safe Handling committees
Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Active Physiotherapy License with the Nova Scotia College
• Previous experience in acute care or geriatrics
• Demonstrated leadership and time management skills
• Excellent teamwork abilities and MS Office proficiency
