Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding patient service through effective communication
• Conduct services following rigorous Clinical Protocols
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Train and coach Associate Doctors and staff effectively
• Manage clinical audits and performance reviews for associates
Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry qualification is mandatory
• Familiarity with Optometric technology is required
• Proficient communication skills essential
• Solid organizational skills necessary
• Ability to foster a positive team environment
