In this critical role, you will have over five years of experience in maintaining Building Automation Systems (BAS) in commercial environments. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and providing training. Your contributions will ensure that building systems operate reliably and efficiently while enhancing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out billable service work and preventative maintenance
• Recommend and implement system enhancements for clients
• Generate detailed documentation of service visits




• Support client service needs through after-hours on-call duty
• Manage service vehicle inventory and report levels

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in BAS troubleshooting
• Robust understanding of HVAC control systems
• Familiarity with BAS platforms such as Niagara and Johnson Controls
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
• Capability to perform work at heights and lift 50 lbs
