Become a Float4Life Instructor with Easterseals Florida, helping children master essential swimming and safety skills. This part-time position involves individualized instruction in various pool settings.

As a Float4Life Instructor, you’ll deliver personalized lessons focused on water safety and skill development for children, including those with special needs. This role requires managing client progress, ensuring a secure pool environment, and communicating effectively with families about milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored Float4Life instruction to clients
• Coordinate lesson schedules and track individual progress
• Maintain a safe, clean pool atmosphere
• Work closely with families to foster water safety
• Actively assist children during lessons in the water

Requirements:
• Required certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED
• Experience with young children and special needs communities
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license
• Ability to lift children up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to pursue Float4Life Certification
