MSCP is hiring a Field Safety Coordinator in Fort McMurray with a 6/1 rotation starting this September. Focus on driving safety culture and compliance within agile field operations.

In this position, you will collaborate with site staff and the Health & Safety Team to enhance the execution of safety systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying risks, conducting audits, and supporting training initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to engage effectively and influence safety practices across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and improve safety programs on-site
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations
• Document and report on safety performance
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions
• Maintain safety records and documentation

Requirements:
• University degree or related certificate in Health & Safety
• At least 3 years of experience in safety roles
• Understanding of OHS legislation and best practices
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (non-GDL)
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
