We are looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst with a robust background in financial reporting and analysis. Your expertise will support month-end and year-end processes, ensuring financial statements meet high accuracy standards. You will also work collaboratively while enhancing our processes to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements and reports using Excel
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and communicate findings
• Support month-end and year-end closing with accurate journal entries




• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Prepare GST remittance reports and assist in audits

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of financial reporting experience
• Proficiency with YARDI and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends
