Earthscape Play seeks a Safety and Training Coordinator to enhance workplace safety and facilitate operational training. This 18-month full-time role is based in Wallenstein, Ontario.

As a central member of the People & Performance team, you will focus on bridging regulatory compliance with a positive company culture. Your role will include coordinating health and safety efforts and operational training programs that engage employees and promote practical safety habits. Together with your team, you'll create a safer and more empowered workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement safety policies and workplace inspections
• Coordinate training certifications for operational staff
• Manage incident investigations with an empathetic approach
• Develop intuitive safety reporting systems
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in health, safety, and training
• Strong understanding of WSIB processes
• Proven ability to manage compliance and training
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong interpersonal communication
