This strategic role encompasses end-to-end management of dairy and refrigerated categories. You’ll engage in supplier negotiation, enforce quality standards, and ensure cost efficiency. Working alongside culinary and operational teams, you will optimize supply chain processes and contribute to sustaining high-quality supply while maximizing franchisee margins.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and sustain relationships with dairy processors and suppliers
• Manage direct store delivery logistics, optimizing costs and efficiency
• Ensure adherence to cold chain integrity and food safety
• Monitor dairy markets for proactive planning and adjustments
• Collaborate on menu requirements with culinary teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in food procurement or category management
• Background in DSD supply chains and cost analysis
• Understanding of dairy pricing management and contracts
• Experience in cold chain logistics and safety compliance
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
