Ideally, you’ll have two years of experience and the ability to work independently while tackling daily maintenance tasks and emergency responses. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain buildings and grounds to ensure safety
• Clear snow, ice, and debris from access areas
• Conduct repairs in various building trades as needed




• Keep maintenance logs for accountability
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call duties

Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in a relevant trade
• Successful trade apprenticeship completion preferred
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and access to a personal vehicle
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs
