Enhance client satisfaction as a Mitigation Technician with ServiceMaster Clean. This role focuses on cleaning services, client interactions, and site inspections at residential and commercial locations.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will deliver exceptional restoration services while managing work assignments efficiently. Your commitment to customer service will ensure that jobs meet ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements. You will also help train current technicians and maintain company vehicles and equipment in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete jobs to customer specifications and satisfaction
• Inspect work quality and facilitate customer inspections
• Manage equipment and materials records on work orders
• Maintain company vehicles and cleanliness standards
• Attend weekly meetings and training workshops
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of two years cleaning/restoration experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Class G Ontario Driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
