This role is responsible for ensuring our CRM and fundraising platforms effectively support donor stewardship, fundraising growth, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize Cuso's fundraising and donor management systems, including Raiser's Edge, Feathr, and FundraiseUp. Manage and support the Donor Relations Team to deliver an exceptional donor experience. Strengthen data governance, reporting, compliance, and business processes. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on fundraising and donor data.
