Conseiller(ère) aux retours - Fins de semaine

Responsible for daily operations and smooth functioning of the return site under the territory supervisor. Assists citizens in the return process of consignated containers. A comprehensive integration training is provided for new employees.

Primary Responsibilities

- Provide citizen service and welcome external suppliers.
- Count returned containers using existing tools.
- Separate materials.
- Operate return point system and other equipment.
- Perform regular cleaning of work area.
- Operate small handling equipment.
- Ensure equipment functionality and perform necessary actions when requested.
- Assist in training colleagues and share knowledge when needed.
- Execute related tasks: shipment preparation, inventory, reports, cleaning of bathroom areas, etc.

- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent relational skills.
- Team player.
- Continuous learning and autonomous work ability.




- Adaptable to continually changing environment.
- Computer skills.

Requirements

- High school diploma (DES) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluency in French.
- Respect availability windows.
- Ability to work under variable conditions (hot, cold, humid).
- Ability to perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift loads of at least 20kg.
- Adaptability.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $20 per hour.

Location: 951, 3rd street, Chibougamau, Quebec G8P 1R4.
