Provide ongoing functional support for Workday Financials, helping maintain financial processes, configurations, and core system data to support day-to-day finance operations Assist finance teams throughout the monthly close cycle by monitoring system activity, coordinating resolutions, and addressing issues to help ensure timely and accurate reporting Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives by participating in workday release testing, updating documentation, training resources, and identifying opportunities to improve finance workflows Manage and maintain financial master data, including organizational and reporting structures, while following established data governance and control procedures Review and validate financial data within Workday, investigating discrepancies, system errors,
and exceptions to help maintain accurate and reliable financial information Qualifications
University degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial accounting systems Intermediate Excel Skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
