Otter Co-op is seeking a Kitchen Manager for the Highwayman Pub in Abbotsford, BC. You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure quality and presentation of food, while managing costs and staff. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a kitchen team, develop menus, train staff, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Weekend/evening availability is required and travel to other locations may be needed.
