Our Mississauga-based client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for account management, and up-selling while providing exceptional customer service for commercial insurance clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns on a day-to-day basis.
Renewals & Negotiations: Process renewals and negotiate new client insurance needs.
Claims Processing: Assist clients in the initial processing of claims efficiently.
Insurer Liaison: Work closely with insurers to negotiate on behalf of clients.

Qualifications
RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario).
CIP, FCIP or CAIB designation or working towards completion is a definite asset.
3- 5 years of commercial insurance experience with a focus on mid-market accounts
Experience with Manufacturing, Construction, E&O;, D&O;,



Large auto fleets and other lines of Commercial Insurance. Realty experience an asset.
Strong commitment to client satisfaction.
Previous experience negotiating with insurers.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Robust analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with insurance industry software systems (preferably EPIC and rating engines) is an asset.
Ability to use Microsoft Office products
