Job Description

Ensures provision of protected, comprehensive care, meeting client and staff needs through coordination and communication. Provides assistance with system navigation and the coordinator of patient flow.

Experience
Two (2) years recent community nursing experience/broad generalist background
Three (3) years experience in a community-based health care service setting

Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)





Other Education and Training
Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Nursing diploma is acceptable
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
