Collaborate with project leaders to anticipate needs, manage resource allocation, and establish trusting relationships. Expect to work primarily on-site at our Liberty Village office for optimal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the resourcing process from project intake to handoff
• Advise on staffing questions and build team rapport

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in resourcing
