In this role, you'll work closely with multiple teams to establish best practices for quality assurance and control. You'll also analyze defects, define methodologies, and leverage agentic AI to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively engage with the global SSG Quality Team
• Work across teams to improve procedure flows
• Conduct post-mortem reviews and communicate outcomes
• Prepare Failure Analysis reports with design teams
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards

Requirements:
• MSEE or equivalent degree required
• 7+ years in related IC design or quality control
• Familiarity with RCA and 5Why methodologies
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Active participation in foundry quality programs
