You will perform various tasks such as loading materials, conducting equipment checks, and assisting with manual labor as needed. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate boom and grapple trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain logs and ensure equipment is safe to operate
• Move materials according to project needs
• Install equipment attachments as required
• Signal directions to coworkers for optimal workflow

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in heavy equipment operations
• AZ License and satisfactory motor vehicle record
• 0-8 ton Crane ticket is mandatory
• Knowledge of safety rules and operations
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
