Join the Peace Region Family Resource Network as a Parent Coach to support families and enhance community services. This role combines program facilitation with impactful community engagement.

In this versatile position, you will engage with parents and caregivers, creating programs that address their needs. You'll lead workshops, facilitate support groups, and actively participate in team initiatives. Collaboration with local organizations is vital to strengthen service provision across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver dynamic programs for parents
• Lead workshops and developmental screenings
• Provide one-on-one education and support
• Partner with community groups to enhance outreach
• Keep detailed client records and case notes

Requirements:
• Background in human services, such as social work
• Proven skills in program facilitation and organization
• Positive attitude with robust communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and insurance for travel
• RCMP Vulnerable Sector Check required
