This on-site position welcomes candidates with a strong background in software engineering and automation to join Diligent's Commercial AI Transformation team. You'll collaborate closely with a teammate to design, build, and deploy AI agents, enhancing productivity across sales and internal operations. You must be adept at handling PoCs and managing data pipelines, while understanding enterprise systems and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map and automate business processes with AI agents
• Refine agents through iterative testing and deployment
• Build data pipelines from various source systems
• Implement access control and security practices
• Partner with teammates to manage agent design and development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years in software engineering and business process automation
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS and data integration
• Understanding of identity access concepts
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses
