Key Responsibilities:
• Model an inclusive approach in daily childcare practices
• Collaborate with families on children’s care strategies
• Lead planning and integrative case management meetings
• Create engaging, land-centered programming for children
• Promote Indigenous education and intergenerational learning
Requirements:
• Basic ECE qualification; ECE-SN preferred
• Valid First Aid certificate
• 2 years experience required in early childhood education
• Commitment to inclusive, equitable care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
