The position seeks a skilled Survey Technician to become part of our dedicated Mine Survey team. You will utilize your expertise to assist Mine Engineering designs, conduct weekly reconciliations, and support ongoing projects and operations. Those with experience in the oil sands industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile weekly ore and waste volumes for compliance
• Implement survey layouts during the construction of mine structures
• Monitor QA/QC processes for structural integrity




• Support Mine Projects with technical field surveys
• Collaborate with Mine Geotechnical and Geology groups

Requirements:
• Certification as Survey Technologist or Geomatics Engineering Technologist
• Preferably five years in oil sands mining
• Knowledge of PointStudio and Minesight software
• Solid computer skills for data processing
• Class 5 driver’s license required
