Join SaskAbilities as a Disability Impact Assessor, conducting client-centered assessments in person or remotely. Use specialized tools to analyze disability-related information consistently.

This role requires a degree in Human Services and at least two years of relevant assessment experience. Responsibilities include in-home assessments, data management, analyzing information for correctness, and providing necessary reporting. Successful communication with supervisors and community organizations is essential to ensure productive workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person and virtual assessments for clients
• Record assessment data in an electronic management system
• Analyze information for accuracy and tool application
• Provide project updates to management and Ministry staff
• Liaise with other organizations for client support

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services
• Minimum of two years' assessment work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
• Successful criminal record checks required
