Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person and virtual assessments for clients
• Record assessment data in an electronic management system
• Analyze information for accuracy and tool application
• Provide project updates to management and Ministry staff
• Liaise with other organizations for client support
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services
• Minimum of two years' assessment work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
• Successful criminal record checks required
