As the Asset Protection Supervisor, you will take charge of daily loss prevention functions. Lead a dedicated team of Loss Prevention Investigators, analyze stock shortage data, and assess risks while ensuring policy compliance. Your communication will be crucial for relaying audit outcomes, collaborating on shrink strategies, and executing effective security measures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of Loss Prevention Investigators
• Analyze stock shortage reports and develop strategies
• Review and enhance inventory controls for risk exposure




• Communicate findings from audits with store management
• Oversee investigations and liaise with law enforcement

Requirements:
• Degree in law enforcement or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in retail Loss Prevention
• Current Provincial Security Guard License required
• Formal training in interviewing techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
